ENGINE REBUILD

23.06.2000

This is the start of the engine rebuild.

The liners were first rebored to the new over sized pistons.

Then the cylinder block was refaced.

14.07.2000

After the block,we sent the crank to be reground.

We also had new small end bushes fitted.

16.08.2000

We then reassembled the bottom half of

the engine and refitted it.

16.08.2000

We then fitted the front axle.

After fitting the front axle we sent the cylinder head

to have new valve guides fitted also new valves, we

also had the cylinder head refaced.

23.11.2000

This is a picture of the engine with the cylinder head on.

We also had the injection pump calibrated and new nozzles

fitted to the injectors.These are now all fitted.

We also have had the radiator recored.
